マンガと文章が絶妙なバランス！
前作も良かったが、マンガが入ってさらにわかりやすくなった。
タイトル通り、あたりまえなんだけどできていないことが多いので、
常に側に置いておきたい一冊。来年社会人になる妹にも読ませたい。

社会に出てからの基本的なマナーや会社での常識が詰まっている!!
社会経験のない学生や、就職活動中の人に向いていると思った。101個ものルールが読みやすく、伝わりやすく、分かりやすい漫画になっていて、スムーズに楽しく読むことが出来ました。一番実践してみたいと感じたものは“他人と自分を比べない”ルールです。相手の長所を素直に口に出し、誉めれば、必ずその言葉は自分に帰ってくる…。相手も自分も相互に成長していける方法だと感じました。

当然気をつけなければならない常識。
働く上で知っていて当然のマナー。

でも、常識だからこそ今さら過ぎて人に聞けない。
知りたいけれどどうすればいいか分からない。
そんな私の悩みにこの本は答えてくれました。
小さな言動一つで自分の評価が決まる社会だから一つ一つできることから気をつけていきいたいと思います。

今さら聞けない常識、自分が知らなかった常識を見直すのに役立つ一冊です。
マンガになっていて読みやすかったです。
