この本の「はじめに」に書かれているように、「分厚い文法書の片隅にしか書いていない難解な文法」ではなく、「日常使われる語句や文法をいかに正確に使うか」というTOEICの主旨に基づいて作成されているので、大変実用的な１冊だと思います。
基本に忠実であること、豊富かつ読みやすい文例と解説、練習問題で、英文法の基礎がしっかり築けます。

また、内容そのものとは関係ないのですが、この本は「開いたら閉じない」という作りになっているので、使いやすいです。紙質もしっかりしています。

内容については素晴らしいと思う。
私は違った観点からの推薦文を書きたい。
レイアウトが見易いということである。
この本をめくっていただければ分かるが、結構隙間が多い。
贅沢にスペースを使っている。
これは、読みやすさだけでなく、記憶への定着度という観点からも

お勧めできる。自分の経験だと読みやすい本ほど記憶に残るもの
だからである。
また、字が大きいのも嬉しい。これは記憶への定着度だけではなく、
自分の年齢からもお勧め、というところが少し寂しいが。
何はともあれ、もう定番の1つであろう。

英文法の必須知識が身に付き、同時にTOEIC頻出の単語が覚えられるという、正に「看板に偽りなし」の一冊です。

説明は平易ですがポイントをきちんと押さえており、難解な用語ばかり登場したり、口語では絶対使わないようないかめしい表現が頻出することもなくて、非常に実践的です。また、各文法事項が他のセクションでも繰り返し登場するように作られており、記憶が定着するように工夫されているなと感じました。

唯一「これはちょっと…」と思ったのは、練習問題の中に誤訳と思われる（というか和文と英文が完全に一致していない）箇所が少し多いという点でしょうか。これだけ売れている本ですから、ホームページで正誤表を掲載するという位のアフターサービスは欲しいなと思いました。
