PubMedでスキルス胃癌の文献を調べても、新しい化学療法が効いた効かないなどの文献しか出てこない。スキルス胃癌の全体像を把握するために、いろいろ探してみたが、そのようなレビューや書籍はほとんどない。唯一、ほとんど無二と言ってもよいのが本書。まず本書を通読して全体像を掴み、それから個々の学術論文を検索してみるのか良いのではないか。
