広瀬 幸雄
1940年、金沢市生まれ。金沢学院大学知的戦略本部長・教授。金沢大学大学院特任教授金沢大学名誉教授。工学博士。日本コーヒー文化学会副会長。専門は材料強度学である一方、学生時代からの探究心の旺盛さからコーヒーを工学的に研究することにも没頭。2003年に「鳥を寄せ付けない銅像の科学的研究」によりイグ・ノーベル賞を受賞した(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)

この書籍ははっきり言って専門書です。
珈琲についての知識がないとある程度の面白さで終わるでしょう。
焙煎についても事細かく書いてあり、しかも実験に裏付けされたデータがあるので、
わかる人はかなり興味深く読めます。

一般の人には無用の書籍かもしれませんね。
