洋菓子同様、パンもドイツパンが好きな私。こんな本をずっと探しつづけていました。

ドイツは、パンの中心国と言われるくらい、いろんな種類のパンがあります。でも、こんなにたくさんの種類のドイツパンの本はコレだけしかないと思います。

ドイツですごく人気の本を翻訳したものだそうで…家庭でのドイツパン作りには最高の本だと思います。

ライ麦パン大好き！あの酸味がたまりません。ということで、サワー種から作りたいと思い、この本を読んでみました。ドイツパンにもこんなにバリエーションがあったんですね。感動です。本を見てるだけでもとても楽しかったです。こんなパン屋さんが家の近くにあったら・・・毎日ワイン片手にいりびたりそうです。ドイツ直送(そこがいいんですけど）という感じで、ちょっと手に入りにくそうな材料もありますが、家で作れるものもあります。じっくりと試してみたいと思います。

ドイツで人気のある本の翻訳本です。ということで、ドイツ以外では入手し辛い材料なども、かなり使ってあります。

それでも、冒頭に詳しいドイツパンの薀蓄についての説明と、美麗写真にはついつい見とれてしまいます。
ドイツパンが本当にお好きな方には、オススメです。

ある程度パン作りの経験がある方向きだと思います。
