親切なイラスト、解説があるものの、同じ愛隆堂の二十四式太極拳、三十二式太極剣の本とは異なりＤＶＤが付属していないのがとても残念です。
やはり、実際の動きを見なければわからないところも多々あり、四肢の動かし方に手間取ることがあります。
巷間にはＶＣＤが売られているものもありますが、画質が悪く、よく見えないところがあります。
ここはやはり、ＤＶＤの高画質動画とイラスト･･･もしくは分解写真にしていただいた方がわかりやすいというものです。
