他の方のコメントに「嘘が多い」「真理がそれほどない。」「子供に見せたくない。」「女性向けではない。」というものもありましたが、私は小学生の娘がいる母親ですが、娘が中学生になったら読ませようと密かに思っておりますし(笑）友人にも薦めています。確かに下ネタが多いですが（と言うかほとんど下ネタです）、その直後にある、みうら氏の哲学には大いにうなずけましたし、1ページに１箇所は真理があると思ったくらいでした。それに気が付くか気が付かないかは個人差があるかもしれませんし、つぼにはまる人とそうでない人がいるのは、理解できます。
私はみうらじゅん氏のファンなので、どうしてもひいき目になってしまうのかもしれません。

みうらじゅんさんは、
私が中学生の頃の憧れの男性でした。
娘がその頃の自分と同年代になり、
この本の存在を知ったとき、
これは必読（させるべき）書だと思いました。
……と思ったのは読む前で、実際手にとってみると、
「墨塗りした方がよかないか」と思うような
箇所もかなりありました。
（実際にやってしまったら、
きっとなお猥褻になっちゃいますが）
中学生に生（き）のまま与えるのは
もったいないような
ある意味、物すごい良書です。
愛、セックス、健康、
その他もろもろに悩む大人にこそ
ふさわしい一冊といえましょう。

ただ、これはあくまで
「学校では教えてくれない」大事なことを
中学生に説く趣旨で出版されているようなので、
そこから逸脱しているということで、
１点引かせていただきました。
内容自体は最高点「星５つ」に、
さらに色をつけたいようなものでした。

例えば、愛とはボランティアのことでセックスは愛がなくてもできるが、下の世話は愛がなければできないとか。
従来の保険体育は人生や道徳にまでなかなか言及するに及びませんでした。
それはおそらく、保険や体育は道徳より地位が下の科目という部分に基づいています。
健康ランドやスポーツジムは人生において補足的な出来事であり、メインイベントではない。
ところがこの著者は、スポットの当て方をスポッと変えることで保健体育こそが人生を考える科目であることを証明してしまった。
あっぱれである。
