本当にあったら怖いな~と思う話でした。
もし私がこの子達だったらこんなに落ち着いていられないと思います。
私は、終わり方が想像していたものと違っていたので、
とても不思議な気分になりました。
しかし、短時間であっという間に読めてしまう本でした。

藤野さんの小説でいつも驚かされるのは、
人物像のリアルさです。
彼らには必ず遭ったことがあるというか
いるいる！こんな人いるわー。こういう人ってこうだよなー。
と感動します。
人物が立体的というか。

この『ルート２２５』は、
あまり珍しいシチュエーションではないと思います。が。
ラストが。
予想もしていませんでした。

これは主人公が中学生だからこその、この結末で、
もう最後まで登場人物はリアルであり続けて、すごい。
そして、もしかしたら自分も気づいてないだけで
彼女達と同じ体験をしていたのかもしれないとおもいました。
そこからまた、この話が面白くなっていくんです。私の場合。

藤野千野の小説にはいつもボーダーを軽々と超えてしまう人々が出てきます。ボーダーのこちら側にいてうだうだ言ってるだけの人間からするととんでもなく勇気のいることだったりするのですが、超えてる当人はとっても身軽で自然体なんですねえ。

今回のボーダーはというと、今までのパターンとはいささか違っています。なんとSF!? 普通なら取り乱しそうな状況でも超現実的な主人公エリは全然ＯＫです。現実を直視してないだけと弟から指摘されもするけど、その鈍感さがたくましさに感じられてすごく新鮮でした。友達の描写もすごくリアル。少しせつない千野ワールドももちろん楽しめます。

エリの一人称で書かれているためギャル語炸裂。っていうか、読み終わるまでに絶対うつります。それもまた楽し。
