つい懐かしくなり思わず読んでしまった。
子供の時に感じた楽しさ・・・
大人になってから感じる楽しさ・・・
この違いに何かしみじみとしたものを感じながら読んだ。

星新一さんの本は分かりやすく難しい漢字や言葉も
使われていないので、小学生の入門書としては最高だと思います。
もちろん大人の方が読んでも楽しいですよ！

1000編を越すSF短編小説を残し、ショートショートの神様と呼ばれた星新一さんの作品36編を収録。

短編なので読みやすく、それでいてしっかりオチがついていて、時には自分の考えの及ばないような意外性のある結末に感心し、自分とは違った新鮮な考えに触れ、ものの見方や考え方が広がったような気がします。また、星さんの作品は後世多くの人々に読んでもらえるようにと、具体的な地名や人名といった固有名詞をなるべく登場させないことで、通俗性を出来る限りなくし、読みやすく分かりやすい文章で書かれてます。そのため老若男女を問わず大いに楽しむことができると思います。

３年生になる我が子が「きまぐれロボット」知ってる　とても面白いんだ本を買って欲しいと、本棚にあった自分が小学生の頃読んだ本を出してきて、パパも子供の頃読んだんだと、我が子に話をしたとき、時代を超えた何かを感じた、とても感慨深いものがあった、これから先も、子供と共感できる本があることを期待したい。今度は孫との共感になるのか将来がとても楽しみである。
