現在、平成16年弁理士短答試験の不正競争防止法の基本書としては、平成15年法改正の対応しているものがなく困っていたところゼミの先生よりこの本を紹介されました。内容は図解入りで、たいへん解りやすい。この本が、現在の所弁理士試験対策用としてはBESTだと思う。
