西原の笑いのセンスは大好きなのですが、時々披露する泣ける話が油断できません。
最後の「父の名前」でグッときてしまいました。普段は泣ける話など何とも思っていないのですが。
しかし、毎日新聞もよく西原に連載を持ちかけたなと思います。担当者は殊勲賞ものですよ。

男の子は生まれた時からずっとフツツカ
女の子は生まれた時からすでにシタタカ

ちいさかった兄妹もいつしか
こにいちゃんとこねえちゃんに…

少しは落ち着くかと思いきや
より一層のパワーアップ！

おかあさんには毎日が戦争です
気づけば背脂という名の鎧がみっちりと…

おかあさんいつもありがとう

この描線と色の魅力。そしてエスプリ。
マチスの色や、ゴッホの描線とは違う何か。
形式上、フランス語訳は難しい気がしますが
何とかしてフランス語版を出してほしいと思います。
（西原理恵子さん風のアルファベットのフォントを作るとか）
宣伝はパリの地下鉄の車内に10Pの絵を張っておけば十分です。
エスプリやブルーナとかが好きな人たちにはきっと受け入れられるはずです。
いくらかの衝撃と個人それぞれの発見をもって。
