文学館というとどうしても作家ゆかりの品などの展示会場というイメージが先行してしまう。
本書は日本全国にある文学者の記念館の来訪記である。
この一冊を読むと、作家によってその文学館の特徴があることが良くわかる。

作家の息遣い。
それが息づいているかのようで、
ついと好きな作家への元へと訪れたくなる。
