本書が取り上げている「発掘捏造事件」やテレビの「あるある捏造事件」は
世間を騒がせはしましたが、単純化してしまえば腐敗した個人または組織が
名誉や視聴率という「欲望」のために起こした「ありふれた事件」だったと言えます。

一方で毎日新聞が行った「変態捏造報道」はこれらとは全く異なる性質の事件であり
日本人全体にとって大変おぞましい事件であるといえます。
なぜならば、この9年以上に渡る「変態捏造報道」が、侮日・反日という
明確な「悪意」と日本国と日本人全てに対する「敵意」によってなされてきたからです。
このような組織が報道機関の名を騙り悪意と敵意に基づいた報道を垂れ流してきた
ことには怒りを越して恐怖すら感じてしまいます。

このような日本と日本人を敵とみなし、
日本と日本人への悪意に満ちた毎日新聞社の
おぞましい報道姿勢が明らかとなった今、
今後毎日新聞によってなされる全ての報道のみならず
本書のような過去の出版物の全てが不信の目にさらされることになるでしょう。
本書の場合は「変態捏造事件」によって廃業に追い込まれた新聞社が
「捏造事件」を扱った書籍としての歴史的価値は残るのかもしれませんが。

　次作「変態捏造」（毎日新聞デジタルメディア局著)はいつ発刊されるのでしょうか？
　チンケな遺跡発掘捏造なんかよりもずっと重大で深刻な捏造問題である、自社による低俗記事捏造歪曲報道の検証本もぜひよろしくお願いします。きっとトップセラー間違いなしです。
