枝元なほみさん、コウケンテツさん、藤井恵さん、村上祥子さんらのレシピを1冊にまとめた、非常にお得感のある本です。
最初に写真だけ見て誰のレシピか想像しながら読んだら楽しさ倍増かもしれません。

どれも見栄えがよくそれなりにおいしそうですが、逆に言うと若干インパクトに欠けるかもしれません。

とは言え、たとえば「炒め物」レシピの数々などはおつまみと言うよりご飯のおかずとしても秀逸ですし、「〆の一品」も飲んだ後の〆以上の存在感がある（だって〆にパエリアはちょっと重すぎるし）ので色々な用途に使える本と言っていいでしょう。
