私は野菜が大好きで野菜レシピを増やしたく、この本を
購入しました。たくさんの野菜レシピがならんでいます。
この本で新しい野菜のレパートリーが増えたと言うよりは
定番の野菜料理がさらにおいしくできるようになったと
思います。
特におからの作り方は目からうろこでこんなカンタンで
おいしく失敗知らずな作り方があったんだあと感動しました。
栗原さんのお料理は前から好きですが、この本と
｢わたしの味｣は特に間違いないレシピが豊富です。

レシピは大体が４人分なので、ひとり暮らしのわたしのうちに４人集まれば、思いつくのはこの本です。
せっかくの栗原さんのレシピだから忠実につくりたいのと、料理下手なのでマニュアルに従いたいので…。

なんだかほっとする家庭料理というかんじで、好評です。
ごぼうとさつま揚げのきんぴらがわたしのツボでした。

手間いらずなレシピもけっこう載っていて、野菜を食べるのが、というかそれ以前の、野菜を買う、ということが増えました。
ひとり暮らしで料理歴も短い学生なので、それまでジャガイモやにんじんくらいしか常備していませんでした。
でも、れんこんとベーコンのバター炒めがおいしそうで、
初めてれんこんを買いました(笑)

レシピ名の上に書かれているアドバイスや説明のメッセージも役立つし、あったかいかんじです。
野菜の素材別料理さくいんも使いやすいです。

お野菜毎のレシピはとても使いやすく 冷蔵庫に入っている野菜から検索できるのは便利だと思いました。
また よく見る野菜ばかりなので 味のイメージもわきやすいのもいいです。

この本は 今ある野菜を使って応用もしやすいレシピが多いのも気に入っています。

特にこの時期野菜をたっぷり食べて 風邪に負けない様にしたいですから＾＾

他の本の再構成だということなので、これまでの本を持っている方には必要ないかもしれません。
