ブログも良く見ていて作ったことのあるものもたくさんあります
紙ベースになっていたら便利かも？と思いましたが　正直ネットで検索してプリントアウトまたはメモッたほうが便利です。

味は美味しいのも　イマイチと感じるものも半々です
調理方法とか味付けがかなりかぶっているので　何個か作ればどれも同じ感じだから　すぐ作れます。
大体蒸し煮して　しょうゆや酢や練りゴマで味付け→うどんやソーメンにからめる　パターンなので。。。あとは　小麦粉をいれてパン状にするとか。

さっと1品には便利なのでブログでチェックしておけば良いんじゃないでしょうか。

料理は、作ってみたいと思うものが多いし、野菜だけでこれだけできるのかと著者のアイデアに関心してしまいます。しかし、他のレビューでもあるとおり、写真がひどすぎます。いくら、ブログ風にデザインしたレシピ本とはいえ、紙に印刷するには無理があると思います。出版社の怠慢としか思えません。これでこの値段をとるのはどうかと思います。写真は大切ですよ！

作りやすそうな野菜料理があって、見応えはあります。
でも、この写真なに？って思ってしまいました。
ブログを拝見すると、そのまんま庄司さんが撮影した写真を使ってるじゃないですか。
出版社さん、これは本にするにはあんまりですよ。
ピンボケ気味の写真を使ってるお料理があるので、もったいないです。
よーく見ると、髪の毛が１本写ってる写真も・・・
せっかく本にするならプロの写真で撮影しなおして欲しかったです。
アイデアがすごくおもしろい本なのに、もったいないです！
