すてきレシピや他の雑誌で紹介された料理がほとんど。この内容で、この値段は高いと思いますので、この評価にしました。ハードカバーの装丁本と言うことなら、新たな料理の紹介や暮らしのアイデア、一日を楽しく素敵に過ごすアドバイス等が欲しかったです。

一般的な日本食のレシピが載っています。
冷奴・焼き鳥・肉じゃが・コロッケ・とんかつ・グリンピースご飯など。
彼女なりの工夫がされていますが
「これを作ってみたい！！」と思うような料理はありませんでした。
本の値段を考えるとこの評価になります。

栗原はるみさんのレシピは好きで、我が家の食卓にもよく登場しますが、この本は期待はずれでした。厚い本なのですが、作ってみたいと思われるレシピが一つもありません。手軽そうに見えて妙に手が込んでいたり、作るシーンが思い浮かばない料理だったり。。全体的にコンセプトがばらばらな感じがしました。読み物や写真集としても楽しめるわけでもなかったので、無駄遣いしちゃった１冊になりました。
