いうまでもなく10年間におよぶ「あるある大事典」で培った捏造番組のエッセンスが凝縮された本です。
熟練した関西テレビスタッフの視聴者を簡単に洗脳する手法の数々が網羅。
番組対象者である健康や美容に関心があり、おつむがちょっと弱い30-40歳代女性なら必読です。

　かつてＴＶ時代の幕開けに２−８禿こと竹村健一の翻訳を通じて、メディア学者マクルーハンのシンプルな定義「メディアはメッセージである」という言葉が持てはやされた。
　
　本書はそのメッセージの伝達機能を最終型まで突き進めた情報番組として後世に名が残ること必定の関西テレビにより放映された「発掘！あるある辞典」を活字化した６巻目である。

　それだけでなく、過去の５巻も含めて総括的に纏めたものであり、今後の調査研究の進展により、そのメッセージの内容を次々と吟味しうる、１冊で６冊分おいしい記録集である。

　一家に一冊、長らく味わうことの出来る記念碑的な図書であり、あらゆる方策を通じて入手されることをお奨めする。

　メディアリテラシーやインフォメーション・リテラシーに直接係わる、教員、経営者、法人代表者などにもお勧めしたい。
　ダイエットや健康改善に関心のある女性には、あまり参考にならない部分があるが、合わせてお奨めしたい。

カラーで見やすく、読んでいて興味が湧くネタが多い。
全てを網羅しているわけでもないけれど、あるある大事典を見逃した人におすすめ。
見ていない人も健康・美容に興味があったらネタ的にも面白いと思う
