月影千草による紅天女は、すべてを見せることなく終わった。
観客(そして読者)はマヤと亜弓によって演じられることになる新たなる紅天女を待ちわびることになる。
そして、マヤと速水真澄は、梅の里でお互いが｢魂のかたわれ｣であることを確信するような体験をするが…。

いよいよ物語りも終盤に入ってきていると感じさせる、中身の濃い一巻です。

　ガラスの仮面は未完の作品ですが、この文庫版の２３巻で完結と考えてよいと思います。この巻はそれほどまでに完成度が高く、見所も満載です。

　登場人物すべてが梅の谷に集まり、そして自分の気持ちを再確認していくところが感動を誘います。マヤと真澄が自分の思いにはっきり気づく場面や、マヤと亜弓さんが互いに気持ちを吐露する「あの」シーンは涙なくして読めません。これまでの話の集大成と言えるでしょう。
　
　紅天女の決着はまだまだ先になりそうですが、この巻で「第１部完結」（^_^; と考えてよいのではないでしょうか。まあ、最後の10ページほどは蛇足ですが・・
　コミックスの最新42巻でこの続きをちょっとだけ読めますが、話が完結するまでは続きは読む必要ないと思います。つまり、永久に読む必要ないかも？？

月影先生が紅天女を演じる・・・。 マヤと亜弓は、その演技をみて何を感じ取るか・・・。 ガラスの仮面のファンならとても興味深い内容となる筈。 二人の才能ある女優が戦う様子は 迫力があり、読んでいてワクワクさせられます。 マヤと紫のバラの人の恋の行方も注目です。
