という心配は要りません。
光源氏はバンコランが演ってます。相手はちゃんと平安の女君です！！
ではパタリロの役どころは…？

ヒューイットや、タマネギたちなどのパタリロファミリーだけでなく、ベールゼブブやサルガタナスなどアスタロトキャラも登場し、魔夜作品のオールスターキャストです。

この巻では、冒頭から「雨夜の品定め」までが舞台となっています。

大好きだった「パタリロ西遊記！」が完結してしまい、寂しい思いをしていたところに始まったこの物語、
最初コミックスを買う前は、「源氏物語？主人公の光はパタリロか？」と
いやな想像をしていたのですが、違っててよかった・・・。
魔夜峰夫さんらしく、闇の世界をからめた源氏物語、まだ1巻ですが、すごく
読み応えがあります。おちゃらけた雰囲気と、怪しい雰囲気の交錯する
この世界観、大好きです。

マンネリ打破を狙ったのか，西遊記に続く古典もの第2弾．

メジャーな古典作品のためか，ただでさえネームが長いパタリロシリーズでも，かなりネームが長いと感じさせられる．
だが，くどすぎるというわけでもなく，十分許容できる範囲．
･･･冒頭，ちょっと引いてしまいましたが．

ストーリはバンコラン演ずる(?)光源氏を軸に進み，陰陽師として登場するパタリロの出番は少なめ．
パタリロの活躍は2巻以降に期待ということになる．
光源氏の幼少期から描かれているので，久々に良く笑う，剽軽な幼いバンコランの顔を楽しめる．
それにしても，男色の気配を感じさせないバンコランというのは不思議なものである．
あとは，マライヒがどういう形で絡んでくるのか，今後の楽しみである．
