書簡体形式と言うから夢野久作の影響があるのだろうか堅苦しさや古さはなく深く勘ぐる必要はない
序盤から森見氏の得意なウィットユーモア全開のセンテンス。軽快な韻を踏んだ文、あのフレーズをパロディしたりとページを繰る手が止まらない。
中盤中頃から少し様相が変わり学生時代末期特有の自己変革!?と恋の葛藤や先々への不安が入り混じった手紙(内容)に鮮やかにシフトしていく
ともすれば、なセンチメンタルを阿呆な描写で笑わせ心地よさ引き出すワザは見事!
いやはやあのような文体でありながら本質を外さず大事な所を散りばめていく所は真に稀有な作家です
兎に角呟きたい科白満載です
そして終盤の収束転結も嬉しくなる「手紙」。
果たして阿呆な手紙学生が編み出した恋文の技術とは如何に!?

また過去の作品を読んでる方にはニヤリとさせる遊び心もありでファンは絶対買いの一作

さすが、登美彦氏。
思わず吹いてしまったくだり多数。

更にファンになりました。

連載時に「これは全部まとまってから読もう！」と思っていました。
お待ちしておりました。

前作「美女と竹林」が個人的にイマイチだったため、悩みましたが、買ってよかった。
ニヤリとする場面が数多にちりばめられております。
これまでの作品を全部読んでる方にはさらなるニヤリが待っていることでしょう。

今年はじめにご結婚されたようですし、今年の夏は女性と宵山に行けますね。
よかったですね。

短編小説のように読めます。
短編小説ではありませんが。
