ルパンものを一度きちんと読んでみたいと言っていた娘（中1）のリクエストで購入しました。
彼女はすっかりはまって、文庫版の全シリーズを読んでみたいと申しています。

原作はたしか大人向けのものだったなあと記憶していたのですが、これは現代の少年少女向け（これも今やかなりクラッシックな言い方ですが、、）に読みやすくしてあるという点、文庫本という手軽さが親としては気に入りました。

内容も非常に面白いものだったようで、娘は集中して一気に読んでしまいました。
誰がルパンか推理しながら読み進めていったようですが、なかなか思うような展開にはならず、でもかえってそれが読み手の感心を最後まで引いたようですね。
イラストも文章の雰囲気を良く伝えていると思います。

100年経っても魅力が褪せる事のない本と出会えるのは子供にとっても親にとっても嬉しいものです。

昔はルパンが好きでよく読んでいました。
懐かしさの余り購入しました。活字が大きくて読みやすくあっというまに読み終わりました。第2巻以降も購入したいと思いました。
