　中学２年生のコペル君はお父さんを２年前に亡くし、近所に住むおじさん（法科大学を出て２年という）が精神的な父親がわり。瑞々しい感性を持つコペル君は友人たちとの日常の中で「人間の生き方」という壁にぶつかる。おじさんは人間のむすびつき、悩み、過ち、偉大さ、などを諭すように教えてくれる。盧溝橋事件のあった1937年に書かれたこの本は長い間読み次がれた名著で、きな臭い現在に読み直す価値あり。40~50代のお父さん達にとっては自分の思春期に出会うことが出来るのでお勧め。現代のTVやパソコン、ゲーム世代にこそ読ませたい。

コペル君と言えば、思い出す方が多いのではないでしょうか。

小学生に是非読んでもらいたい１冊です。

内容は古いと思われるかもしれませんが、
コアとなる部分、根幹は時代がかわっても同じです。

コペル君と言えばおわかりになられる方が
多いのではないだろうか。

本著は小学生に是非読んでもらいたい本。
少し古くさい内容かもしれませんが
それを新鮮に考えて、是非一人でも多くの方に読んで頂きたい。

最近、このような本が小学生に読まれなくなってきていることが
非常に残念でしょうがない。
