この本の内容は、行きづまりの渦中にある人の中でも、他力本願でなく、自分自身の視点を切り替えることの重要性を理解している人に有効に働くだろう。
人が行きづまるのは、凝り固まった思考や経験則、あるいはひとつの感情にとらわれて身動きできなくなるときが多いと思う。しかし、何らかの確かな行動を選択し集中することで突破口が見えてきたりする。最大の問題は、次の行動への一歩を踏み出すための勇気かもしれない。勇気を持つためには、まず自分の視点や受け止め方を変えることが必要になると思う。体系的な理論を元に具体的な視点と行動の選択肢を提示する本書の価値は高いと考える。

行き詰ったときに読むには面倒くさくて、そんなことぐらいなら行き詰ったと思うのをやめようかと思った。
職場環境など周囲の状況により行き詰った時の状況打破など、知りたい内容ではあったのだが、組織が大きいほどそんなに簡単じゃないんだよ・・・とか反発もしてしまったりして。
じっくり考えることが出来る人には役にたつのかもしれません。
