日々の暮らしの様々な場面において「カチン」とくることが多くなっている。
年齢を重ねれば「できた人間」になれるかと思いきや、むしろ背負い込むものが増えてきて、かえってイライラするようになってきた。
弱気では自分がつぶれると強気であればあるほど、ちょっとしたことに「カチン」としてしまう。

この本には「カチン」とする場面に遭遇したときの対処法が精神論だけでなく、どういった行動をとれば良いかということが具体的に戦術的に記されている。
人間関係にもテクニックは必要なのだ。
