岡崎さんはまさに「ポジティブにんぷ」！
初めての妊娠では不思議に思うことや嫌だなぁと思うことがいろいろあるもの。
でも岡崎さんは笑ってのりきります。
伊藤理佐さんがイラストと岡崎さんとのエピソードを漫画化したものも掲載されていますが、この二人のやりとりがまたおもしろい。（伊藤さんはまだ妊娠したことがないのです）

とくに「はらげ」のエピソードはかなり笑えます。
妊娠中は気分がブルーになるときもあるものですが、そんなとき何度も読んでは「そうそう」ってうなづいたり、「へぇーそうなんだぁ」と感心したり、最後には「わたしもガンバロー」と励まされました。
わたしもこれを読んですっかり「ポジティブにんぷ」になり、安産しちゃいましたよ！

初めての出産するママをどうサポートしたらいいかわからないパパにぜひ読んでもらいたい本です。

予定もしていなかったのに妊娠が判明し、右も左もわからなかった頃、たまたま本屋さんでこの本に出逢いました。
とにかく岡崎さんがポジティブで、どんな事でも明るく乗り切っていて、私も初めての妊娠を無事に乗り切れそうな気になってしまいました。

どの妊婦、妊娠・出産本より先にこの本に出逢ったおかげで、それからの妊娠生活を気楽に快適に過ごせた気がします。

各章の始めに、具体的なものを例にあげて胎児クンの大きさを伊藤さんのイラスト入りで示してあるのは、夫や出産経験の無い友達に「赤ちゃんって、今どれ位？」って聞かれた時にすごく役に立ちました。
