パーソナルトレーナーと一緒にトレーニングして教えてもらえるようなこつが写真付きでものすごくわかりやすく書かれています。
いい例と悪い例がかかれているので、読んでいてわかりやすいです。
サイズもそれほど大きくないので、ジム鞄の中に入れておいて今日トレーニングをする内容に関しての部分だけを読んで参考にできるかと思います。

この内容で1300円だったらものすごくお買い得だと思います。

ウェイトをやっている人であれば、ボディビルダーでなくとも必ず購入したほうが良いと思います。
写真入で、非常にわかりやすくトレーニング種目が説明されています。
　
個人的に一番役に立ったのは、ベンチプレスです。
胸に効かせる場合と、高重量を扱う場合、どちらにも役に立つと思いました。
　
また、トレーニングメニューの組み方の説明もあり、これも参考になります。

欲を言えば、サプリについてもっと説明がほしかったですね。

通常の書籍より、ずっとよくまとめられています。
筋肉をいかに効率的に鍛えていくかについて、コツをちりばめながら書かれてあって、
大変参考になります。バランスボールを使うのって、どうかなって思いましたが、そんなの関係なく今のところ、イチオシです。
