5.0 out of 5 stars 肉体改造だけでなくダイエットしたい人や筋肉について詳しく知れます☆, 2005/2/4
タイトル通りかっこよくなりたい人はもちろんダイエットしたい人にもオススメの１冊です♪まずどんなカラダになりたいかは人によって千差万別ですが、この本ならなりたいカラダにあった練習方法、食事、サプリメントの種類など非常に詳しく書かれていて初心者の自分も安心して練習できそうです。紹介されているプロレスラーも体重の軽い選手から１００キロをこす選手までいて、「こんなトレーニングをすればこんなカラダになれるんだ」とか「こんな小さい自分でもこんなカラダになれるんだ」みたいな印象を受けると思います。藤本さんも言ってますが「肉体改造は根性ではなく、知識だ」と。キツイトレーニングをやっていればカラダができてくるわけではなく、正しいフォームや休養のタイミングなどを知る事ができれば自然とカラダは変わってくるそうです。このレビューを見みて少しでもこの本に興味をもってくれれば幸いです。

CIMA、ドラゴン・キッド、外道、KENTAなどボディーメイクに余念のないレスラーが多々取材されていて、個人のサプリメント、プロテインなどの摂取方法、トレーニング方法が掲載されている。藤本かずまさ、山本義徳さんが編集したムック『かっこいいカラダ』。一押しです！！

マニアックなボディービルの雑誌には載っていない、一般人が惹かれるカラダとノウハウが分かりやすく挙げられている。
