お手頃な価格で，内容を盛り込みすぎ（約１５０分）とさえ思うようなものでした。世界のトッププレイヤーをモデルにした技術解説やその技術習得のための練習方法などなど．．．

テレビでの露出度がほとんどないバドミントンにとっては，貴重な映像資料といえます。

バドミントンをプレーする人（初心者・指導者含む）が，その対象となるのでしょうが，「ジャンクＳＰＯＲＴＳ」出演以来，人気急上昇の潮田玲子選手（三洋電機所属）も出演していますので，こちらの方面からアプローチしてくる方にも必見の一枚（一本・一冊）といえます。

ＤＶＤ購入しました。戦法編、導入編、技術編、練習トレーニング編どれをとっても大満足。現在、小学生・中学生を指導していますが、練習前にパソコンで、今日やる技術練習やノック練習を見せてスタートしています。選手は目が輝き成果もバッチリです。バドミントン教本基本編と応用編もＤＶＤをじっくり見てから再度読み直すとすごく解りやすいです。このＤＶＤを制作された指導者の先生方やＮＨＫスタッフのご苦労が目に浮かびます。発売してくれて本当にありがとうございました。

バドミントンが強くなるための複雑な構成要素を分かりやすく解説し、尚且つ、具体的な練習・トレーニング方法も示した素晴らしい内容です。どうしたら強くなるのか、うまくなるのか長年模索していましたが、このＤＶＤが決定版です。間違った練習、無駄な練習をしている彼方！！　必見です。
