たとえば離れている距離が遠いほど、大切な気持ちや大切な人を身近に感じる時ががあると思います。この本を読むと、そんな気持ちがしてきます。

旅先から恋人が絵葉書で気持ちを伝える設定が、もう古めかしさを感じさせてしまう時代なのかも知れませんが、僕はワクワクしながら最後まで読むことができました。

全部で２３通の手紙の中では「最初の手紙」が、せつないけれど暖かな気持ちがいっぱいしみこんでいるような感じで好きです。

もしも今、誰か大切な人と遠く離れてしまっている人がいたら、この本を読んでみてください。きっと、想う人を身近に感じられると思います。

思わず胸がきゅんとするような一冊です。
素敵な文章と、想像を掻き立てられる写真。贈り物にピッタリです。
遠距離恋愛をしている人や、誰か大切な人が遠くにいる人に、お勧めします。
私も携帯メールではなく、恋人に手紙を書いてみたくなりました。

この本を手にしたとき、私はとても悲しかったことを覚えています。悲しいとき、美しいものに触れると人の心は正常なときよりももっと、敏感に美しさと響きあいます。それから、私は悲しいことがあって、自分で解決できないときに、この本を開くようになりました。旅に出ている大切な人からの手紙がそこにはあり、傷ついた心に優しく触れてくれる写真と言葉があります。この本を私は大好きな友人に贈りました。その友人もまた、この旅人の優しさに包まれることを祈って。
