タイトルにあるように、ただのジャムだけのレシピ集でなく、
また、バナナなど手軽な材料も使われていて
私はいくつも作ってみましたよ。
写真や瓶のうんちくも可愛いし、
脱気のしかたが写真入で丁寧に説明してあるので
実用的な手放せない１冊になりました。

とにかく、色んな色がきれい！
見ているだけでも楽しいのは、この本のデザインが可愛いから。
瓶一つ一つが、海外のジャムの瓶の再利用だったりして、そんな小さなところが
とってもかわいらしい本です。
レシピはほんとうに、甘いあま〜いレシピばかり。
最近砂糖抜きにしている私には、どのレシピも強烈な砂糖の量に眩暈がしそうでしたが、
それでも、眺めているだけでもワクワクする本です。
そして、なんせジャムやシロップ漬け、コンポートが主役なので、どれも簡単で作ってみたくなります。
私は先週、アプリコットジャムを作ってみましたが、とっても美味しくできました。
デザインがかわいらしいだけではなく、瓶での保存の仕方など、丁寧に解説されているので
実際に役立つ嬉しいレシピ本です。
次は何つくろうかな〜と眺めているだけでも楽しいのですが、作る楽しみの誘惑にも負けそう！たまの甘いお楽しみのために、色々な「あまいびん」が増えていってしまう予感です♪

最近「びん」をテーマにした本が色々出ていますが、これは中に入れるものが主役。けれど、保存に使ったびんの紹介も書かれています。「○○のはちみつのびん」という感じに。もうひとつ嬉しいのは出来たジャムやコンポートの使用例も書いてあるので参考になります。ドライフルーツの紅茶煮や甘くなかった桃のコンポートなど興味をそそられます。
