私はクッキー好きです。おいしいクッキーを求めて、こちらの本を手にしました。説明が分かりにくく解説は他のページに戻ったり改善して欲しい点です。材料があれこれ多く美味しいのは当たり前。気軽に手軽にが少ないです。色々作りましたが材料や工程が面倒な割には・・・・。ゴメンナサイ。評価が分かれるかもしれませんね。

作る際に、ページを何度も変えなければならないので作りにくいなど、
賛否両論の本のようですが、私は１冊はこういう専門的な本というのも、とてもよいと思いました。
確かに見開きでレシピが載っているわけではないですが、
それは、かなり内容的に本格派だからではないでしょうか？
よくある、混ぜて、型抜きして、焼いて・・といった、

単に素朴なクッキーと違うし、バリエも豊富なわけだし、
それをいかに解りやすくするか・・となると、
ああいった書式になるのもやむおえないのかなって思いました。
それに、この値段でこの内容の濃さ！！
とてもお得だと思います。箱に入ったクッキーの写真も
すごく気に入っています。
作り終えた後の達成感が、この本にはありました！！

表紙をみると単なるクッキー本のように見えますが･･･，
実はたくさんのドイツ焼き菓子の作り方やサブレの作り方も
わかりやすく分解して掲載してあり、クッキーというより
「焼き菓子」の本です。
とても良い本で、何をベースにてアレンジすれば何ができるのか
がわかるので宝物の1冊となりました。

でも、1ページ1レシピで解説してある分，詳細解説は前の方の
ページや後ろの方のページへ飛んで見なくてはならないので、
決して初心者向けではないです。
もう少しわかりやすく構成してあると良かったなー，と思います。
