著者は現役の幼稚園ママだそうです。
多分子供のいる家庭なら1,2冊はころがっているお弁当の本。でも、余り利用できたためしがないのです。綺麗過ぎて、なんだか負担になってしまいました。
でもこれは違いました。こんなに楽しく読めた本は初めてです。

知りたかったことがもれなく載っていてびっくり！お弁当箱の選び方やつめ方、「こんな道具が便利」等の提案には感心しました。
レシピも「これって、夕飯に使える！」。”作っておけばすぐに使える合せ調味料、たれ、ソース”は重宝します。

いくつかのお子さんとのエピソードが人柄や子育てに対する姿勢をうかがわせて、”素敵なお母さん”だなあと思いました。
まもなく娘のお弁当が終わる私にとって、もっと早くこんな本が欲しかったなあ。

ここでのレビューを参考に、３冊ほどお弁当の本を購入しましたが
一番使える！と思ったのはこの本でした。というか、この本１冊
あれば充分です。
我が子は、お肉があまり好きでなく、ご飯もの・混ぜご飯が好き
なのですが、そうした我が子の嗜好にもよく合っていました。
他に購入した２冊の本も、良かったのですが、「これだと、ウチの
子は食べないだろうな･･･」という感じのものが多かったので、
レビューだけをあてにせず、実際に本を手にとって見ることも
子供向けの弁当本に限っては言えるかも知れません。
巷によくある、幼稚園児向けのお弁当本に比べると盛り付けなどは
多少地味ですが、食べやすさや栄養面を最優先にしたお弁当ばか
りで、とても参考になりました。

小さい子供がいる家って（まさに我が家）意外と昼ご飯に悩むんですよね。そういう人におすすめです。簡単であっという間にできてそれでいておいしいメニューがのっています。その他にもお弁当にいれるためなんだけど基本的な料理のメニューがのっていて、晩ご飯づくりの役にもたちますよ。この本を見て作った肉じゃがを食べた主人が「うちではじめて肉じゃがらしい肉じゃがを食べた」といっていました。お弁当以外にも色々使えるお得な一冊です。
