捏ねるのはたったの5分！それも力を入れずに！でも、手ごね初心者でも、おいしい超本格パンが焼きあがりました。今まで甘いパンならたくさんレシピ本はありましたが、本格的な食事パンのレシピ本がでた時は本当にうれしかったです。100分なら晩御飯のシチューにパンが欲しい時でも、お鍋で煮ている間にパンが出来てしまいますよ。そして著者のホームページで分からないことがあれば質問もでき、ご丁寧なお答えまでしてくださり、まるでパン教室でおけいこしてるような感じです。

私のようなパン作り初心者でも、気軽に試すことができました。
ここ１ヶ月で２種類つくりました。
焼きたては最高！
とても見やすい内容だし、こねる時間がたったの５分！
粉の配合は２~３種と、住む所によっては手に入りずらいし、
面倒かもしれません。でも、繊維たくさんのパンが出来ますよ！
どっしり系の腹持ちのいいものを食べると、やたら

ふわふわして腹持ちの悪いものは、一体何なんだろう・・・と
考えてしまいました。
スーパーに置いてある、ふわふわじゃなきゃ駄目！という人には
残念ながら向きません。

台所にパンの焼ける香りがするだけで、どこか幸せな気分になりますが、失敗するとがっかり。
何冊かパンの本を買い、雑誌のパン作りのページも切り取って、けっこう忠実にがんばってきましたが、もうひとつ焼き上がりに納得できませんでした。
この本は一見すると、他の本より荒っぽい作り方のように思え、ホントに本格派？と疑問を持ちましたが、作ってみると何と失敗が少なく本格的なパンができるので感動すら覚えました。
作者は主婦が一般に手に入れられるパン用の食材、殊にドライイーストの特徴や欠点を熟知して、その限界の中でどうしたらよいかを工夫し、家庭で幸せの香りのパンを日常に焼いてほしいと願っているのではないでしょうか。手際の悪い私には１００分という時間内では無理にしても、パンにかかりきりにならず、結果にがっかりすることなく焼けるので大助かりです。
