たくさんのナムルのレシピがあり、一品足りないときに。
また、野菜を大量に手に入れたとき。
ナムルのような小さなおかずだけでも２０種類載ってます。
ナムルはほうれん草ならほうれん草、もやしならもやしだけ、と一品の野菜＋調味料なので手軽に作れます。
他にもニンニク、コチュジャンを使ったレシピなどたくさん載ってます。
韓国料理はたくさんの野菜をつかうので体にもよさそうですね。

前半はレシピではなく、ケンタロウ韓国旅行記になっているので
韓国旅行への欲望は刺激されるんですが
その分、レシピをのせてくれればいいのにと思ったりもします。
ただ、後半のレシピ数は充実していて
ナムル類から鍋、麺・ご飯もの、デザートまで一通り
ラインナップされているので
韓国料理の本を手元に一冊欲しいなー、と思うならば
候補のうちに加えて損はないと思います。

わお！ナムルのレシピがいっぱい！こんなに簡単に作れたのね。とびっくり！
ケンタロウの韓国食堂には野菜をたっぷり使ったものが多いのでダイエットしてる私には、ありがたい本でした。
鍋ものも、どんぶりものも簡単に誰でも作れる様に書いてくれてるし、ありがとう。ケンタロウさん！

今日は焼肉を家でしましょう！って時に、ナムルをサイドメニューとして食卓に出した時、主人への私の株もあがりました。
それと、唐辛子って、代謝まじに上げてくれて脂肪が燃えていく感じが体の中で実感できましたよ。本当に。。。でも辛いのに慣れてくるので、どんどん辛さを増そうとしてしまう私が最近怖いかも！
