どれも簡単で美味しいです。
しかも辛い四川のファンとしては嬉しいレシピ集。
半分はすでに作ってみましたが、ハズレが本当に少ない
レシピ集だと思います。
それに陳さんの口語の語り口が嬉しい一冊です。

レシピ全てを概観し、そこに記されている中華独特の調味料を、横浜中華街などに赴くなりして、全て揃えてもらいたい。
（とは言っても、最近の大きなスーパーなどなら大抵は揃う。豆板醤、甜麺醤、芝麻醤、豆チ、牡蠣油、花椒粉、八角、陳皮、ネギ油、鶏油、紹興酒など。XO醤などの高級調味料は出てこない。）
それだけで、貴方の食卓は赤坂四川飯店と化す！（大げさか！？）
どなたかも書いておられたが、ハズレのここまでないレシピ本はないと断言出来るほどだ。
全てのレシピが一級品、しかも、写真も多く、作り方に迷いの入り込む余地はなく、非常に分かりやすい。
オマケに陳さんの親しみやすい言葉がそのまま口語体で書かれ、あたかも直に教わっているかのような妙が味わえる。
陳さんの絶品料理も、味わえる。

四川料理ファンならずとも、必携の1冊。
主婦の方なら、ご主人の早い帰宅を促せること請け合いだ！(^_-)-☆

この本は陳さんの暖かい人柄に触れることのできる本だと思います。陳さんの語り口調で書かれている文章は思わず微笑みたくなります。味については陳さんの本の中では？初心者用にしてはかなり難しいかも。でも料理上級者にはなんだか物足りない。やはり陳さんの写真集として捕らえるのが一番良いかも。
