出汁を吸った湯葉のおいしさ、合せ味噌で楽しむ味噌汁、魚から肉まで美味しくいただくための照り焼き。和食の基本を抑えた上で、家庭でも料亭の味を楽しむことのできる奥深い本でした。盛り付けも美しく、家庭のご飯から「料亭の食事」になりました。友人を招待して料亭の味を披露したくなります。
