去年の４月から高１の長男のお弁当を作っています。でもお料理もお弁当も苦手な私。何かいい本はないかと探しているとケンタロウさんのこの本にたどり着きました。ケンタロウさんが食べたかった「肉ドーンのお弁当」は食べ盛りのうちの子にぴったりです。決して難しいおかずではなく、気軽に作れてボリューム満点。付け合せの小さいおかずもたくさん載っています。何よりこの本を参考にするようになってから、毎朝のお弁当作りが楽しくなってきました。本当にお勧めです。是非、手に取ってみて下さい。

大きなお肉、味付けもしっかりした、男の人に受けそうなお弁当ですが、さっと茹でた野菜を使った付け合せにもページを割いており、これが結構参考になります。私自身、お肉が大好きなので、見ていて楽しいですね。
野菜の付け合せも、しっかり味付けがされているようなもので、これなら、お肉好きの人にも評判がいいのではないでしょうか。

~~~２年前の春、高校生の息子のお弁当作りが始まり，かなり困りました。食べ盛りの男の子のお弁当・・おかずは何がいいの？何種類くらいいるの？そんな不安はこの本で払拭！おかずってこれくらいでいいんだ~、こんなに簡単においしいのができるんだ~とびっくり！息子もおいしいと言ってくれるので，何回もリピートして作ってます。お気に入りはケンタロウ~~さんもおすすめの、牛肉とピーマンのオイスター炒めです♪~
