　うっかりすきっ腹でこの本を繰ったりしたものだから大変！これでもかというほど続くタパス（スペインのおつまみ）の見事な写真を前にして生唾ばかりがわいて、食べたくても食べられない苦しみに髪をかきむしることになってしまった。

　ページを越えて今にもとろけ出してきそうな半熟卵の輝く黄色、世界一と言われるスペインのオリーブ・オイルをかけた野菜サラダの鮮やかな色艶、などなど、匂いとぬくもりが全編を通じて読者にぐっと迫ってくる。

　もちろん写真集として作られた本ではなく、とりあげたタパスのすべてにレシピーと調理法が添えてあり、料理本としても実用的な一品だ。欲を言えばだが、それぞれの料理の＜出身地＞を（言葉だけでなく）地図で示してもらえれば、ちょっとした旅行ガイドとしても楽しめたかもしれない。

スペイン旅行に行くので、参考のためにと買ったのですが、
大当たりでした。
作り方も解りやすく、何より写真がとってもおいしそう！

今すぐスペインへ飛んでバル巡りをしたくなる本です。

　美味しそうなタパスのメニューやスペインのバルの話などが載っています。レシピもわかりやすいし、写真も多くありスペインのバルの雰囲気が伝わってくる本です。
