最近は大人になってからバレエを始める人が多いけど、レッスン中ステップを教えてもらってもなかなか覚えられないもの。　大人になってからだと、こういう事かと頭で覚えると早いみたい。　　等級毎にそれぞれのステップの説明があるので（例えば、等級３でのバットマンタンデュとか）、家で復習するのに最適です。

私がバレエをはじめて、暫くしてから復習用に購入した本でした。RADで習いたいと思ったわけではないのですが、見た感じ分かりやすそうでしたので。子供用なので簡潔に分かりやすく書いてありますが、言っていることは基本で一番大切なこと。バレエを習う限り、ずっとくり返し練習することです。簡単な動きしか出ていないだけに物足りない方もいるとは思いますが、始めたころを懐かしく思い出し初心にかえるためにも、大事な本です。
