作り方は簡単で、材料はシンプル、なのにおいしい！
スペインに行って、料理がとてもおいしかったので、スペイン料理のレシピ本を探していたのですが、大正解！
マドリッドで食べたマッシュルーム料理がとてもおいしいくて記憶に残ってたのですが、
なんと、著者もその店が好きらしく、そのレシピが載っていたました！

作ってみたところ、あの感激の味が再現！感動しました。
製作途中の写真も載ってれば、なお嬉しいなということで、★４つです。

友人が遊びにくる日などに、２品ほど作って大皿に盛ると、
それだけで済んでしまうような、華のあるお料理が載っています。
でも、作り方は意外とかんたん。

本で使っているスパイスが手に入りにくいなんてこともなく、
オリーブオイルやにんにくなどがよく使われます。

キッチンに置いていてもいい飾りになりますよっ

ひとつひとつ、お料理に対して（レピシだけでなく）
丁寧な説明もあり、大変満足です。
写真も美しく、見ているとすぐに作りたくなってしまいます。
スペインの食文化を知る上でも、最適な一冊です。

初めて手にしたスペイン料理の本が、この本で本当に良かった！
品数もわりと多いです。というか、使えないレピシがありません。

「一冊購入して、作ったのは一品」なんてことのない本だと思います。
