月居さんの大人のクチュール（ワンピース+スモックブラウス）を持っていて　すごくよかったので購入しました。
ソーイングの基礎本が欲しい方にはお勧めです。　
この本に掲載されているパターンは６つで　スカートが２つ　ワンピースが２つ　ブラウスが１つ　シャツが１つです。
どれもシンプルですが　女性らしさのある素敵なデザインです。
サイズも　７号から１５号までと幅ひろいのも嬉しいですね。
それぞれのパターンの作る工程を丁寧な注釈と写真で説明してあり　本当に作りながらソーイングの基礎をマスターできる（本のタイトルどおりですが・・・）内容になっています。
その他　洋裁用語からポケットの付け方　まつり縫いの仕方　タックの寄せ方　スモッキングの仕方などなど・・・ぎっしりソーイングが詰まった１冊です。
小物作りはひと通り出来るようになったけど　洋服は難しそう・・・と思っている方や　ちゃんとしたソーイングの基礎が知りたい・・・と思っている方は１冊持っているといいと思います。

スカートやブラウスなどの6つの基本スタイルの作り方が
とても親切に紹介されているのはもちろん、
後半には多くのテクニックが載っていて、
他の服を作る際もよく参考にしています。
すっきりしたイラストも写真もわかりやすく、おすすめです。
他にもソーイングの基礎の本を購入したのですが、
こちらの方が断然出番が多いです。

「簡単にできる」という服を作るときにちょっと気を使うとすごく綺麗にできあがる…
そんなための本。
それが基本だということなのだと思います。

装丁も落ち着いていて、分かりやすいです。
ひとつひとつ大切に読んで、マスターを目指したいですね。
