おつまみ本、本当にたくさん見かけるようになりました。

その中でこの本は今年一番といっていいほどの１冊です。

個別のレシピが魅力的なのは言うまでもないことですが、明らかに著者の林幸子さんはお酒を飲むのが好きで好きでたまらないという雰囲気が本全体から感じられるのがすばらしいのです。

第一章の冒頭に

　「見栄えがいいのは、うまいの証」

とありますが、これもこの本の魅力を端的に伝えています。

そう、女性らしい細やかさの中に、酒飲みの「うまいもん食いて〜」感が見え隠れしているのでますます引き込まれていってしまうのでした。

おつまみレシピを探しているのなら、この本はイチオシです。

おつまみ本は沢山あるけど「ご馳走」という語句に惹かれて購入。
とりあえず週末の集まりに（このために買った）「しめさばオンザバケッド」と「謎々リエット」を作ってみたら評判よかった。

いいなと思ったのは作り方のページ下に入っている『美味しくなるよ』と『もうひと声！』のコーナー。
『美味しくなるよ』は、各料理の野菜の水気のとり方や肉の火の通し方なんかのちょっとした作り方のコツを、『もうひと声！』の方はリエットなんかには「バターの量が多いけど、脂を楽しむ料理なので減らさず、気になるひとは食べる量で調節を」など注意点が書いてある。
これはよかったな。

いままで本を片手に料理を作っても、なんだかなあという味になっていたのは、実はこんな風に気になる油や塩の量を勝手にいじっていたせいだったりするかも。
本格的な料理本と違っておつまみ系の本を見て料理する私なんかは、ほんとのにその料理しか作らなかったりするので、作り方のページごとにコツが書いてあるのは当たり前っちゃ当たり前だけど、肝の部分がわかってありがたいなあと思った。

著者の方は料理教室を主宰してらっしゃるそうですが、コラム読んでもなんか食べるの（と飲むのが）好きなんだなあといたく共感。

「おつまみ本」は和風もの、
居酒屋のお通し風のものが多いので、
ちょっと飽きてました。
ワインには、あまり合わないし。

この本のメニューはほとんどが洋風。
一見すると、タイトル通りに「ご馳走」で
作るのが難しいかと思ったのですが、
説明が細やかなだけで、
意外なほどのシンプルレシピでした。

作ったのは「大人の煮込み」と「玉ねぎと塩辛のパイ」。
特にパイは、材料を軽く炒めて冷凍パイシートにのせて焼くだけ。
「そんなんでいいの？」
とびっくりしましたが、美味しかったです。
またリピすると思います。
