あふれる健康情報にうさん臭いものを感じていたので、タイトルに惹かれて買いました。
しかし読み進めるうちに違和感を感じ始め、著者経歴を見てみると…あの「買ってはいけない」
の執筆者の一人だったのです。ガッテンガッテン！
「健康TVのトリック」として「都合のいいデータしか出さない」「根拠のない発言をする」
などが挙げられていますが、この人も部分的にそういうことを行っているところがあります。

ただし、最近「あるある」が謝罪していたように健康TVがウソだらけなのは事実です。
「行政・企業・学者・マスコミ・政治家それぞれが、国民の健康より経済性を優先している」
という著者の主張は的を得ています。

強引な記述を引き算すれば、参考になる本です。

　この本の筆者も一斉を風靡した「買ってはいけない」シリーズで、データの曲解、基礎的な化学、科学知識の欠如をうかがわせるようなトンデモ理論を繰り返し主張しております。
　まず、他人につっこむ前に、自らを省みるべきだと思われますが。

タイトルにある健康ＴＶについての記述は前半５割にしかすぎない。
後半５割は著者の既作『買ってはいけない』シリーズの内容の焼き直しである。

『買ってはいけない』シリーズ読後にも感じたが、何かの是非を問うときにはメリットとデメリットを両方提示するのが正当だと思う。
デメリットのみをあげつらって危険だ！と煽るのは、メリットのみをことさら強調する健康ＴＶと逆の意味で同様の手法と言えるのではないだろうか。

健康ＴＶの功罪について語ると言う姿勢は買うが内容的には値段ほどの価値はない。
タイトルがこの本の出版価値の５割（あるいはもっと）を占めている。
