中岡 俊哉
1926年、東京の大塚に生まれる。中国大陸で終戦をむかえ、北京放送でアナウンサーをつとめる。1948年より超常現象の研究を始め、スーパーナチュラル関係の著書を続々と発表。国際サイコトロニカ研究会(国際意識力学会)の一員として、潜在能力開発の研究、調査に力を注いでいたが、先年、病のために半世紀にわたる超常現象研究生活に幕を閉じた(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)

かつて小中学生の間に大ブームを巻き起こした中岡先生の「恐怖の心霊写真集」シリーズ。ベストセラーだったので、今でも古本屋で見かけます。さて、この文庫版は心霊写真の傑作選総集編というべきものでしょうか。ああ、あったあったという懐かしい写真が満載です。難点は、確かこれカラーだったよなあ、という写真が白黒になっていることです。また、妖しさ爆発の心霊レポートが載っていますが、そんなのを載せるスペースがあるなら写真を載せてよ、という感じも致します。それにしても、今では作り物だったことが完全に証明されている「妖精写真」なんかが大まじめに紹介されていたり、泉下の中岡先生には失礼ながら、いい加減なものだったのだなあということもよくわかります。
