深山雪男先生のＭシリーズ。こちらもB6版コミックです。
Yシリーズが大好きだったので違和感、アリアリだったのですが…
｢ルパン三世｣、大好きなのでついつい買ってしまいました。

案の定…Ｙシリーズのルパン三世でイメージが自分の中で
定着し切ってしまってる為、初めからかなり違和感が。
次元、五右ェ門はともかく(もちろん違うけど…)
特にルパンと不二子ちゃんの顔が今までと違いすぎて
ちょっとした衝撃です。でも読んでいくうちに1つ1つの
ストーリーもなかなか面白くてだんだんキャラの顔が
違う事なんて大した問題じゃなくなってしまいます。

あとがきが深山先生と一問一答のような形式が取られていて
その中で｢今までと違う｢ルパン｣を描きたかった」と
いうような事を仰られてたのでなるほど…と納得。
｢原型｣を元に今までとは全く別モノの｢深山・新ルパン｣が
見事に確立されているという感じなので読み手側としては
こういうタイプの、今までとはまた違った｢ルパン三世」として
読んでみていくのも面白いかなと思います。

現在4巻まで発売されているようですがこの先も発売されるのが楽しみです。

今まで、アレンジした絵のルパンは好きじゃなかったけれど
このシリーズは大好きです。
スマートな線にセンスあるなあと思うし、ギャグ顔もいい。
全員の年齢がちょっと若がえったような
とっつぁんもちょっとカッコよすぎな気もしますが
基本やっぱり間の抜けたとっつぁん。
お話もカッコよすぎるだけじゃなく
ノリ・ツッコミ？もあって楽しい！

少々、原作やTVに比べたら
話が簡単な気もしますが、
（但しこのシリーズは、時々TVと同じ話も出てきます）
【ルパン三世という雰囲気を楽しむ漫画】だと思いました。
「あー、五ェ門が言いそう言いそう！」とか
「渋い！カッコいいー！」とか。
また、「台詞なし」の話や
もしもシリーズみたいな話に、作者ならではのルパンがあると思いました。
でも大きくルパンのイメージを作り変えてはいないようで
安心して読めました。
