最近流行の動物漫画と一線を画した漫画です。 主人公と、彼女を取り巻くなつかしい風景と、同居鳥ぴっぴらさんの日常。 ４コマの中で、ヒトもトリも生き生きと描かれています。

親ばか路線まっしぐらのペット漫画にあきたらない方に、お勧めです。 セキセイインコの観察も秀逸で、実に楽しいです。 鳥が好きな方も、人が好きな方も是非どうそ。

　小鳥とおんなのこをめぐる４コマ漫画なのだけど、著者の絵がめっぽう上手い為、小鳥の絵が異常にリアル（でも、すこぶるかわいいっっ♪）なのだけど、あんなに小さな“小鳥”にこんなに沢山のポーズがあったのかっっ！？と驚き、その仕草の愛おしさに又、驚かされますっっ♪ 　小鳥をめぐるひと達も皆、愛おしくて。今年出たばかりのあたらしい本なのに、すこぶる懐かしい気分に浸れるとんでもない一冊です。読んで読んで~っっ♪

著者の画力に脱帽です。トーンやＣＧバリバリのマンガが全盛の中、
こういう作家さんもまだ健在なのを嬉しく思います。
インコは昔うちでも飼っていましたが、こんなに可愛い姿は
見たことがなかったですね・・今は天敵の猫もいるし無理ですが。
私は主人公のキミちゃんと周りの人間模様の方に入れ込みました。
完結編や「こっこさん」もほんわかしていて良いマンガです。
この人の作品をもっと読みたいです。

こうのさんの良さが一番よく出ている作品だと思う。またこんな漫画を描いてほしいのだが……やっぱり『戦争とヒロシマ』の方向にいっちゃうのかなぁ。
