親友への想いが友情ではなく恋だと気付いた女子高生の百合物語。
地味だった自分に、オシャレや遊びを教えてくれた親友の女の子への憧れが、
恋愛感情だと知ったヒロイン。
恋することの喜びとときめき、そして叶わぬ恋の切なさに、悩み揺れるヒロインの
心情が丁寧に描かれています。
ある意味今どきの少女マンガ以上に少女マンガしている珠玉の百合マンガ。
とても可愛く、そしてとても切ないヒロインが大好きになってしまいます。

あなたはかわいい女の子は好きですか？
あなたは百合が好きですか？
好きな同姓がいるけど、想いを伝えられなくて苦しい想いをしていませんか？
どれかに当てはまったらおすすめです。
親友である”あっこ”のことが好きだということに気がついた”まり”。
だけど、その気持ちを伝えられず、想いは募っていく。
女友達を好きになってしまったまりの気持ちの揺れ具合と、彼女が恋したあっこの可愛さにやられてください。
どきどきしながら、はらはらしながら読んでください。
あなたは読後にこう思うでしょう。
「早く続きを読みたい！」と。

待ちに待ったガールフレンズ第２巻です。
連載ペースが上がったので予想より早く出ましたね。

大まかな内容
●前半
　１巻のキス問題はあっさりスルー。
　そしてついに、自分のあっこへの気持ちに気づくまり。
　この気持ちは友情ではなく、恋なのだと
●後半
　少し男性が絡んできます。あっこの初体験？相手や
　まりに好意をよせる男子の登場など。
　そのことが間接的なきっかけとなり
　まりはあっこに・・・あーんなこと！をしてしまいます。
　（しかし、まりちん意外とダイタンな子ですよね・・・）

そんなこんなで１巻の
のほほんとした雰囲気とは異なり、今回はかなり波乱な展開。
１巻は「２人が親友になるまで」を中心に描いていましたが
２巻は「まりの（悶々とした）心情」を中心に描いており
完全に百合漫画っぽくなってきました。
あとがきによると「次からやっとあっこのターン」らしいです。
どこのデュエリストさんですか笑。

森永先生は「引き」が多いですが、
今回は更に「続きが気になるゥwwwwww」状態です。
