ラーメンに関してはこの人と心中したい！と思う
大好き、大信頼のおける石神氏の本！出るのを待ち構えて
おりました~
もちろん！いわゆるラーメン本とは完全に一線を画すつくり。
だから「超有名店」のあの店もこの店も入っていない
今回は激戦地と言われて久しい中野駅エリアはゼロだし
東京ラーメンの代名詞荻窪駅エリアもゼロ！
潔いまでの斬りっぷりである。
そして残った精鋭３００軒は、浮き沈みの激しい業界の
超優良店、店主の努力精進が伝わってくる店ばかり…
今年の旬の店が居ならぶこの本は、もちろん私の今年のバイブル。
来年には達成できそうな５００軒目はもちろん
この中から選ぶつもり。
一連の石神本の過去の掲載が一目でわかる○マークは
残しておいて欲しかったなぁ。
