　環境にいい、という謳い文句でずっと以前に生協で買ったものの、使い方がよくわからず放置していた重曹のために、この本を買ってみました。
　重曹といえば、筍のアク取りくらいしか思いつかなかったのですが、実は意外なほど用途が幅広く、掃除や消臭、料理等々、そうか！と手を打ちたくなるような使用法があれこれ載っています。
　
　大判のムックで写真も見やすく重曹の使い方が分かりやすくまとめてあり、また重曹と合わせて酢についても使い方が載っているので、読み進むにつれ今後はいろんな洗剤をあれこれ買わなくて済むかななどと期待が膨みます。その上、この本もわりとお手頃な値段。

　この本を見ながら早速少し重曹を使った拭き掃除をしてみましたが、洗剤を使わないのに思わずおぉ！というほど汚れが落ちました。重曹は合成洗剤に比べてずっと環境に良いとか。掃除嫌いな私もすっかり乗り気になってしまいました。

ロハスに興味を持ち、私に出来ること・・環境にやさしい重曹をつかってみようと思いました。
みごと、キッチンの排水溝のこびりつきが取れました！！
臭い消しにも使え、使用後もクレンザー代わりに使用、おまけに排水は環境に良い、これこそロハス。
昨年、汗臭さが取れず捨てようか悩んでいた洋服の臭い取りにも効果ありました。洗剤を使えない金魚の水槽の汚れもスッキリ。
フライパンの汚れにも。
まな板の汚れは、期待したほど落ちなかったけれど、それ以上にいろいろ使え、今は、何かあると、これは重曹を使えるかなと考えています。
皮膚の弱い私ですが、重曹なら安心して使えます。
今は、生活の中にあって当たり前のものになりました。

この本は7冊の重曹の本を参考にして作られています
重曹、酢、石鹸を使った掃除方法はもちろん
重曹を使った消臭剤、洗濯、お料理、ガーデニング、美容、
子供の玩具のお手入れ、アクセサリーのお手入れ
歯磨き粉やハードレンズの保存液の作り方などなど
さまざまな分野が掲載されています。
レイアウトも余裕を持って作られていて、絵や写真も多く
説明も箇条書きにされています
索引もあるので、すぐ調べたいときにもサッとできますね
作りがカワイイので暇つぶしに見るのも良いですね。
本や参考書が苦手な人でも、読むというより気楽に見れる本ですね。
